Two Cents... - By Me

So like i said, I'm all about random thoughts and opinions. But then again, once in a while, the stars all align, the planets are all in their right houses (wherever that may be...) and all the bulbs above me start flickering... and "Voila!" I have pure amazing-ness pouring out of me! [and then I give myself a proud pat on the back...]

(And yup! You guessed right! I absolutely LOVE Joey!

Here's a bunch of things (opinions/ideas .etc) that have sprout out of my head in times of absolute boredom, sheer hopelessness and most often than not, when a pen or book is unavailable!
I'm not saying you have to agree with me, all I'm saying is, your opinion at this point is like... (wait let Joey say it- he explains it better than I do!...)

Sometimes I call my life a ‘comical farce’ - not because of the chaos that surrounds it, but the lack of this chaos that I so yearn for. I feel like it is standing still, and that is the worst of all. I look back and I don’t seem to have moved forward, I find myself standing in the very position I stood then, now. This is what worries me. The last few years of my life I feel have just been stationery while everything surrounding me, including time, is moving ahead of me in a blur. It’s like a circle I’m stuck in with no escape. I complete a cycle, but end up at the starting point again.

I still face the issue of not having a pre-conceived plan or aim towards what I want to become or achieve in life. Although, this fact troubles me the very least. You must understand, from my perspective, and I may undoubtedly be wrong, yet I am quite obstinately against the idea that we are all supposed to have a plan which we have to follow right down to the last letter. We may have a purpose, and maybe we should seek it out; but it does not have to define our lives.

In fact, it is wrong to have to define our entire lives alongside a set of meaningless rules set up by those who wish to conform to a uniform system of hierarchy, where the ones who have fulfilled what they believe is their purpose are adorned with privilege, titles and shiny ornaments; and the rest of the free- spirits like myself, who condemn this classification, be shunned into facing indignity for the mere fact that we choose to dwell outside their little box.

I believe in the passion that drives men to do things. I believe this passion is a flame that in a moment can be extinguished. I believe it can be replaced by a far brighter one that may ignite a new path and I also believe it is okay to sidestep this route once in a while. More than anything though, for me if is not the destination that matters, it’s the journey. I want the whole expedition to be nothing short of an adventure for sure. So I stubbornly walk this path, awaiting an opportunity to come by, in time, if it ever does. Even then I will not be disheartened, only bide my time and move onto the next mission that presents itself.

Asking someone to talk about them self  is a futile activity. Either one reveals too little or too much; but never what you really need to know. But observe their actions, look at them when they speak and listen to what they are trying to say.
Sometimes an action shows you what they are trying to hide, their face is a mirror to their thoughts and their silence is the conversation you want to hear.

The best news comes when we least expect it, and it is the chime of sweet music to the ears; the worst news also comes totally unexpected- but leaves a long trail of tears, un-mend-able hearts and lost memories in its wake...

It so happens that when we really really want something; terribly want something so much that it takes over our actions and desires; the universe conspires to make it ours...

The waves hit the shore hard, but the shore stood her ground. Never did she once whimper or cry in anguish; like she was born for this. She steadily took in every punch the waves could throw at her. Smiling; like a mother watching her child throw a tantrum, kicking and pushing everything in his way, stubbornly, yet in vain.

It was an entirely different tale for the waves. They gave it their all. Somehow as if giving it their best shot might move her. They strategized. They hit. Sometimes rigorously, sometimes at constant intervals, sometimes one after another and sometimes all together. But she wouldn't budge.

They were inflicting pain on her, they knew this; yet somehow they were the ones who ended up in pain , crying in muffled voices; eventually running out of strength. Then they would stop. Rest. Only to start all over again.

This happened everyday. Everyday they achieved the same result, yet everyday they kept at it. Because this was life - either fraught with meaning too deep or a meaningless cycle, where more often than not, nothing ever made sense. But we had to go on. Because stopping meant there wouldn't be a tomorrow...

Suspicion gives birth to anger; anger leads to distrust; distrust is the end of a relationship.
But it all germinates from one seed- its called Doubt.

In the end, all that counts is the Money! The hard-work, the deadlines, the late hours, the endless torture... its all forgotten when you're paid. In the end, its all about the money! And today- I'm Tony Stark.

Not all endings, hopeless;

The rest, just the start of another day...
